Monique has 21 years of experience in health care. Her specialty is in the post-anesthesia care unit, occupational health, quality assurance, infection control, and long-term care. She aims to deliver the highest quality of care to all her patients and clients.

Carla Schell Bowling is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience specializing in adult and geriatric patient care. A native of Maryland, currently living in Calvert County, she is passionate about fostering health and wellness in her community.

With a career spanning more than a decade, She has had the privilege of caring for individuals across various stages of life. Her journey in nursing began with a profound desire to make a difference in people’s lives. Over the years, she’s honed her skills, gained invaluable experience, and developed a deep understanding of the healthcare needs of adult patients.  She has a special interest in helping patients achieve their weight loss goals, supporting them every step of the way toward improved health and vitality.
